What we collect

Your mobile number (used to log you in with a one-time code), your name and delivery addresses, your orders, and ratings you choose to leave. Payment details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.

How we use it

• To cook, pack and deliver your order and send status updates by SMS.
• To show your delivery rider your name and address, and your phone number only while your order is out for delivery.
• To improve the site with anonymised usage analytics that contain no personal details.

Management reports never include customer names, phone numbers or addresses.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your personal data from your account page. Your account is anonymised; order records and GST invoices are kept as the law requires, without your name, phone or address.
