Questions people ask

Why can't I order for tomorrow?

Every sweet is cooked the morning of delivery, and the kitchen needs the final count 48 hours ahead to buy milk, ghee and nuts exactly for your batch. Orders for a day close at 11:59 PM two days before.

Can I change my mind?

Until the cut-off, yes: change quantity, move to another date, change the slot or address, or cancel for a full refund to the original payment method. After the cut-off the batch is in production and nobody can change it.

Where do you deliver?

Carmelaram (560035), HSR Layout (560102), Bellandur (560103), Sarjapura (562125) for now. Add your pincode in the cart, or your address at checkout, and we'll tell you if we deliver there.

Do you take cash on delivery?

No. Payment is online only, by secure online payment: UPI, cards and netbanking. One payment covers every date in your cart.

How fresh is fresh?

Your order is on the factory's production sheet for the delivery date. Milk sweets are set that morning; syrup sweets are made in the hours before your slot.

Can I customise a sweet?

No. We make each sweet one way, well. For weddings and corporate orders over 10 kg, our bulk desk can discuss packaging and quantities.

How do refunds work?

Refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–7 business days. Reducing a quantity before the cut-off refunds the difference the same way.
